CountryWide Properties has been open for business since 1994. Broker Jeff Lerwill can hardly believe
it. “We still have a great passion for real estate and we love it,” Jeff says of

for sale in these parts. Through the Internet, we also have access to buyers and
sellers across the country. Thanks to the marvels of the Internet, if someone lists
with us, the listing goes worldwide almost immediately.
We have knowledge of the area, the markets, the growth, the economy and local issues.
Not only do we sell property, but we personally buy property, so we have an understanding of the needs of farmers and ranchers, apartment owners, business owners,
and residential owners. We honestly practice what we preach! We believe our team
is one of the most knowledgeable in this area.
